We must have the coolest jobs. We get to meet with strangers and bond instantly over the least expected things. Photographing our couples on their wedding day is an honor that both of us (Preeti & Ishan) wear as a badge of pride. Still, quite frankly, it is the friendship that we forge with these strangers (at first, obviously) that is the most mesmerizing part of the whole experience.
During this inception phase, we realize what an amazing time we will have to photograph our couple of days leading up to their Big Day. And the same was the feeling when we met Tulsi and Zack!! We soon found out our common love for podcasts and some of our favorite movies! Tulsi and Zack are not only fun and beautiful together, but what was truly striking was their chemistry. And if you don't believe us - check out their engagement session in Central Park below!
We often get asked in some shape or form why we love photographing weddings and engagements. The answer is simple and complex simultaneously, but one part of it is that we absolutely love meeting new couples, getting the opportunity to capture one of the happiest and most sacred moments of their lives. We are not the photographers who deliver stellar work; we are also folks who value and build genuine relationships. After all, we aspire to give you the most natural, raw, unaltered in any manner and most genuine emotions in the photographs that can transpire only when our couples are comfortable in front of us and our cameras. We value the time that our couples give us from the minute we meet them because we value the responsibility they have bestowed upon us, and therefore, we nourish our relationship from Day 1.
The love that we witnessed meeting Tulsi and Zack was warm and their chemistry remarkable, and boy, are we truly excited for the day these two get hitched at the Historic Kent Manor Inn in Stevensville, MD! But in the meantime, enjoy their photographs from their engagement shoot and tell us if love was not in the air!
These are just some of our favorite engagement photos we photographed at Central Park and Lincoln Centre in New York City.
